Following the Questions.

Brian Bustos playing the acoustic guitar.

Curiosity starts with observation and asking questions. It’s watching people in their natural environment, following through rote routines and parsing the data behind the scenes. Curiosity brings others along with you – pushing boundaries, redefining roles, weaving together diverse perspectives to explore problems holistically. It moves across disciplines and through organizational structures, refining and pivoting until the deeper patterns emerge – revealing the needs, desires, tensions, and longings that drive human behavior.

For me, curiosity isn’t confined to a title or a function. It’s how I listen, how I lead, how I create. Whether shaping a product, writing a song, teaching a room, or raising a family, I’m drawn to the same work: noticing what’s unseen, naming what matters, and transforming insight into experiences that resonate –strategic, human, and enduring.
